As we enter our 27th year in clinical practice, I am pleased to announce Dr. Jennifer Edmonds AuD has joined our practice. She recently was a clinical audiologist with the SIU School of Medicine where for 20 years she served a pediatric and adult population within the SIU Department of Otolaryngology. She has vast experience treating patients with hearing loss through hearing aids, cochlear implants and patients with balance disorders.

Like myself, she is a homegrown product. Growing up in Springfield, she acquired her undergraduate degrees in Audiology at Illinois State University and obtained her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Florida. She is certified by the State of Illinois, American Speech, Language and Hearing Association and a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. During her time at SIU she mentored future audiology students and ENT residents. She also has been involved in local outreach in hearing health care education.

We are pleased that Dr. Edmonds has chosen Central Illinois Hearing as her new professional home. She will be accepting new as well as past patients and will be working alongside myself and Dr. Wright.
